Senior Pastor- Sapulpa First Church of God, Sapulpa, OK (2023-Present

– Walking with the church following a split where they lost 30% of active membership and around the same percentage of giving to their budget

– Refocusing on reaching our community

– Mending relationships post-split and helping church reunite around a common Vision and Mission

– Have helped streamline accounting processes, church communication, and staff responsiblities

– All normal and expected pastoral duties

Associate Pastor- Tulsa Bible Church, Tulsa, OK (2022-2023)

– Oversaw the Family Ministries of the Church, inlucding Students, Children, Men’s and Women’s ministries

– Oversaw staff members and volunteers within my umbrella of responsibility

– Directly led a student ministry averaging 35 students per week

– Planned and directed camps, retreats, mission opportunites, and student leadership

– All ministries were growing and thriving

Senior Pastor- Kellyville First Baptist Church, Kellyville, OK (2018-2022)

– Four year average during my tenure saw increases in Baptisms,  Worship and Sunday School Attendance,  and Giving, compared to the previous four-year average

– Leading through COVID-19 response and management

–  Led church in Facility Improvement Project, renovating the Sanctuary and Office Space

–  Led the church to expand staff through the calling of a children’s minister

Revitalization Pastor- Hodgen Baptist Church, Hodgen, OK (2017-2018)

–  Returned to the church where I formerly served as a youth pastor in order to help them after a devastating church split, where the church lost more than 50% of its active membership

–  Guided them towards restoration and healing

–  Helped them move from an internal focus to an external focus

Pastor- Monroe Baptist Church, Monroe, OK (2012-2017)

–  Led three services a week with Biblical expository preaching and teaching

–  My goals were to lead the church into local missions and outreach, deeper Bible study, and strategic and purposeful disciple-making

Athletic Director/Coach, 2021-Present

Eagle Point Christian Academy, Sapulpa, OK

Athletic Director– Oversee athletic administration including hirng, supervising, and leadership of coaches in the program; responsibile for game schedule and official assignments; help promote the entire athletic program and grow our athletic options

– The athletic program has achieved high levels of success under my administration- The Boys Basketball Team won a state championship in 2023, the Volleyball program has went from a struggling program to a highly successful program reaching the semifinals the last two years, and the girls basketball program has improved from several seasons of less than two wins into a program that now is around .500 in winning percentage

Coach- Responsible for 5th/6th Grade Girls Athletics/PE and Junior High and High School Track, Coached State Champion runner in 2016 and had state medalists all three years

Junior High Math Instructor –For the 2012/2013 School year, I was responsible for junior high Math. I taught 6th– 8th Grade General Math classes and 6th and 8th Grade Advanced classes. My 6th and 8th students scored over 80% proficient or above
